If for some reason you feel that one of the Anti-Icky-Poo products you ordered didn’t completely eradicate your pet odors problem, simply fill out the “Return Request Form" below (within 60 days of your purchase) and one of our representatives will follow up with you regarding your specific issue. Sometimes it may simply be that the instructions were not followed exactly, or more solution is needed for underestimated problems. Either way, we’re happy to help and we’ll stand for nothing less than your 100% satisfaction. We just ask that you pay for for any shipping and handling associated with any returned or refunded products and, obviously, we’ll only process 1 refund per household.

Products Damaged During Shipping

The carrier normally detects any liquid products damaged during shipping, but if you receive a damaged item, notify customer service and the damaged item will be replaced immediately. AReports of damage items should be made within 72 hours of delivery, and a photo of the damaged item would help our warehouse learn how to avoid packaging errors in the future and assist our claim against the carrier.

Incorrect Orders

If we ship you the wrong item(s) please notify customer service immediately and the correct items will be shipped. You can also request a refund/prorated refund of the purchase costs and shipping. Reports of wrong items should be made within 72 hours of delivery and include a photo of the wrong item and the packing slip. Customer service may request that you repackage the wrong items and make the wrong items available for return shipment at our expense. Alternatively, customer service may locate and suggest a non-profit dog or cat shelter near you where the items can be donated in both our names.

Missing Items

Please notify us if an item is missing from your order. We will check the the shipping weight of the package to verify the claim of a missing item.
